QuickFade Review

Rating: 1/5 Stars

There are several tattoo fading options sold online, in retail stores and some can even be found on television shopping networks. The QuickFade Tattoo Fading Gel claims it was advertised on the “As Seen on TV” network. This formula is sold in a spray bottle and it is promoted to provide easy and safe tattoo fading without irritating the skin. However, based on this products ingredient list, we feel it contains ingredients that may be risky.

QuickFade contains the ingredient TCA which is an ingredient that can be harmful and has the potential to burn and scar the skin.‡ However, the manufacturer claims that QuickFade TCA is formulated with an advanced botanical delivery system so it will never burn or irritate the skin, unlike other products containing TCA on the market. Use this product as directed to achieve best results if any results may occur.

Some of the ingredients in this product claim that they will help heal, soothe and rejuvenate the skin. It also contains ingredients that are promoted to cool, refresh and provide anti-bacterial effects. It is important to use products that contain quality ingredients that are effective.

When reviewing the results information on this product, we found that it may reduce the appearance of tattoos completely in 3-6 months. This will depend on the color ink used, its depth, type of ink used and the size of your tattoo.

The manufacturer states that QuickFade formula works on all colors and will continue to fade until completely gone. This product retails for over $50 online, which is expensive compared to those that cost less than $50. Be sure to explore all your options before you buy!

When visiting the manufacturers website, there are dozens of QuickFade testimonials published. You can read what others are saying about the QuickFade formula and how well it worked for them.

Main Concerns on QuickFade:

QuickFade tattoo removal gel is formulated with TCA. The use of TCA on a tattoo can be harsh and damaging to the skin. Especially if over application or higher concentrations of TCA are used. Be sure to use as directed by the manufacturer. However, we do not recommend the use of products containing TCA because it can still burn and scar the skin when applied as directed.

Our next concern was the price of QuickFade Tattoo Fading Gel. It has a MSRP of $59.99. This is expensive compared to other formulas that are sold for less than $50 online and do not contain harmful ingredients like TCA. Be Sure to explore all your options before you buy!

QuickFade Conclusion:

Based on information published on the product’s website, QuickFade is marketed to fade the look of all tattoo colors. This product contains TCA- a potentially dangerous ingredient.‡ Also, this product may not be cost-effective for some consumers as it retails for over $50 online and there are other options on the market that retail for less than $50.
